Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Our size chart has been carefully developed to assist customers with the proper fit. Please use a measuring tape accordingly:
- Shorts, Knickers, Tights – Measure the circumference of your waist, just above the hips.
- Calf Sleeves – Measure the circumference of the largest section of your calf muscle.
- Knee Sleeves – With your leg straight, measure the circumference of your leg, just above the knee cap.
- Quad Sleeves – Measure the circumference of the largest section of your thigh.
- Arm & Elbow Sleeves – With your arm straight, measure the circumference of your arm, just below the elbow.

Q: What if I don’t have a measuring tape?
A: Channel your inner MacGyver! Yarn or string works just as well; measure body part with yarn or string and then line it up over a ruler or yard stick. All measurements are in inches.
110% Return Policy (Non-Defective)
All items bought directly from 110% carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. For a full refund, returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and items must be in clean, re-sellable condition with the original packaging. That's it, no gimmicks. We accept the fact that no one's perfect.
In order to process ALL returns and exchanges, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If you want to exchange the gear, we will send a Return Authorization form and shipping label so you can send back the garments and we'll send you the correct size. If you want to return the garments, we will send a Return Authorization form and shipping label. You will need to let us know how you want to receive your refund (credit card or check.)
For all international returns/exchanges (outside of US), you will be responsible for shipping costs.
Please note, 110% gear purchased from unauthorized sellers is not covered by our warranty or guarantees. We will not return/exchange any gear that was bought from unauthorized sellers, so please be prepared with proof of purchase.
*If you sent the garments back to us, and haven't received your refund yet, don't panic. You'll get it. It generally takes about 5-7 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What is the fabric made out of?
110% Compression fabric is a blend of 70% Polypropylene/30% Spandex, developed for maximum comfort, compression and cold/heat transfer. 110% fabric is spun using antimicrobial Silver Tech fibers that destroy 99.9% of odor causing bacteria so they don't retain an unpleasant smell. Our unique Polypropylene blend creates superior wicking and retains 3x less moisture than other nylons. (Demo tip: pour some water over the fabric, it beads right off!) Our gear contains 25-30% Lycra. That's roughly 3x more than the average compression garment. This gives 110% gear it's stretch and helps retain shape over many wears.
110% makes medical grade compression, customized for the athlete. Our Compression Sox are a blend of Nylon and Spandex. With a roomier toe box and arch support they are comfortable for long runs and even longer travel.
Can I swim in the gear?
Yes! The polypropylene used in 110% Compression fabric is hydrophobic and repels water away from the surface. It's an ideal material for swimming. As with all garments exposed to chlorine, please remember to thoroughly rinse your gear with fresh water after training.
Are ice inserts included with the garments?
Yes! All 110% Compression + Ice gear comes with 110% Reusable Ice Inserts. (Just look for the red "+ice" icon in the Shop.) 110% Ice can be heated when you prefer heat therapy.
110% Reusable Ice Inserts come in sheets which can be cut for a custom fit. Tip: Cut along the 'seams' before hydrating for a smoother cut.
110% Reusable Ice Inserts last for up to 6 months. If they begin to look flat, simply rehydrate them! When you need more ice, 110% Extra Ice can be purchased online and in retail stores. Each 110% Extra Ice Pack contains 4 sheets.
Q: What methods of payment are accepted online?
A: 110% accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover).
Q: When will my credit card be charged for items purchased online?
A: Your credit card is charged at the time of order shipment.
Q: What if I order an item that is out of stock / back ordered?
A: If you add an item to your cart that is unavailable, a message will alert you that the item is on back order. Our goal is to fulfill all back orders within 4 weeks. If your cart contains other available items, these items will be processed , shipped, and then billed to your credit card. When the back ordered item is available, it will be billed and shipped separately. Order status emails will be sent to you upon shipment of each item. Q: Will I be charged immediately for out of stock / back ordered items?
A: No, your credit card will not be charged until the item(s) have been processed and shipped.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: An order status email is sent at the time of order shipment. This email contains a link to the package tracking number, which details the package path and location. If you have not received an order status email with a tracking number, please check your junk mail / trash folder.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship from the U.S. to most countries via Federal Express International. The minimum cost is $50.00. Since each international order is unique, the final cost is determined by Federal Express during the online order checkout process.

All items, purchased from our website, are automatically shipped via Federal Express Ground to the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. See below for International Shipping.

Standard shipping is FedEx Ground. (Expect delivery between 2 - 5 business days.)
