All items purchased from 110% carry a 30 Day unconditional guarantee. Please follow the instructions depending on your method of purchase.
Items Purchased in at a Retail Store or Online Retail Partner.
For items purchased from a store or online retailer other than the 110playharder webstore, please contact the retailer.
Please note, 110% gear purchased from unauthorized sellers is not covered by our warranty or guarantees. We will not return/exchange any gear that was bought from an unauthorized sellers, so please be prepared with proof of purchase.
Online, at Events, Etc
For items purchased through the 110% webstore, at an event expo, or via a team purchase, email email@example.com or call us at +1 (866) 528-4655 to receive a Return Authorization number. Returns and exchanges can only be accepted if a Return Authorization number has been issued.
110% will cover the cost to ship items for exchange. The new exchange items will be sent out free of charge. You can expedite an exchange by placing a new order with your bankcard and returning the unwanted merchandise for credit. Otherwise, your new item will be sent out once the original item is received. If you are exchanging a compression + ice garment, please keep your ice sheets and thermal insulated package. Please clean any used merchandise being returned.
Refunds for the cost of your item only (original shipping excluded) will be issued within 2-3 days of receiving the item. 110playharder does not keep credit cards on file so please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +1 (866) 528-4655 to specify the bankcard you would like the credit applied to. Issuing banks vary in the time they take to post credits so please allow 7-10 days for refunds to appear on your bankcard. Please specify if you prefer to receive a check by mail instead.
