For items purchased through the 110% webstore, at an event expo, or via a team purchase, email or call us at +1 (866) 528-4655 to receive a Return Authorization number. Returns and exchanges can only be accepted if a Return Authorization number has been issued.

110% will cover the cost to ship items for exchange. The new exchange items will be sent out free of charge. You can expedite an exchange by placing a new order with your bankcard and returning the unwanted merchandise for credit. Otherwise, your new item will be sent out once the original item is received. If you are exchanging a compression + ice garment, please keep your ice sheets and thermal insulated package. Please clean any used merchandise being returned.

Refunds for the cost of your item only (original shipping excluded) will be issued within 2-3 days of receiving the item. 110playharder does not keep credit cards on file so please email or call us at +1 (866) 528-4655 to specify the bankcard you would like the credit applied to. Issuing banks vary in the time they take to post credits so please allow 7-10 days for refunds to appear on your bankcard. Please specify if you prefer to receive a check by mail instead.

Products returned must be in new condition.
To accept a return, the product must be in new condition, ie, in the same condition as, for example, in-store you try a garment and decide not to buy it. Your return constitutes a fitting and the returned product must be in perfect condition.

Due to the nature of many of our products, you must, for reasons of hygiene, do the fitting over your underwear. We reserve the right not to credit the return fee if we find that the condition of your returned product is unsatisfactory.

Which size should i take if my measures are in 2-3 different sizes?
Measuring every part of the body that is covered by the compression garment is paramount. For example, for a shorts, measure the circumference of the thighs, hips and waist. The greater measure between these three measures should dominate. When the measures overlap, you are at the greatest size of one size and the smallest of another. We recommend you take the larger one. Between each garment size there is 2 to 3 mmHg difference in compression. Which means that even if you opt for a smaller size you will not have too much compression and conversely you will always have enough compression to feel the effects if you take a larger size. Of course, it is always a matter of personal comfort.
